This course meets Idaho Supreme Court requirements for child custody mediation and includes 30% interactive role-play.
It examines both the legal and psychological sides of family restructuring, with attention to parenting plans, child development, domestic violence concerns, and court reporting. Participants also strengthen their ability to communicate with attorneys and handle ethical billing practices.

Agreement Writing

This course is built around applied learning, with 30% of the time dedicated to workshop-style drafting and review of real agreements.
Participants learn how to write clear, enforceable documents that prevent future conflict. The focus includes precise terminology, legal clarity, and avoiding ambiguity or loopholes that can create long-term problems.

Participants develop strong skills in ethics, storytelling, active listening, agenda setting, and agreement writing. The course also focuses on managing power imbalances and breaking impasses with confidence and control.
